How do I choose which screenshots Snapturn reads?
When you first open the app, a slider sets how many of your existing screenshots to read. You can change it later from the menu. New screenshots are read as you take them.
A link opens the wrong page. What can I do?
Open the screenshot and use the other links, or the copied name to search inside the app. If a certain app keeps going wrong, email us the app name and we will improve it.
Snapturn doesn't see all my screenshots.
Snapturn needs full access to your photo library. Open Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos > Snapturn and choose Full Access.
Can I hide a screenshot from Snapturn?
Yes. Open the screenshot and choose Hide from Snapturn. It stays in your photo library, Snapturn just stops showing it.
Is my data sent anywhere?
Only the screenshots you choose are sent for reading, and the images are not stored on our server. The details are in the privacy policy.
How do I delete my data?
Delete the app to remove everything on your phone. To have the readings removed from our server too, email support@snapturn.app.
